Here are quick guides to help you measure your window properly:

Products will be made to the specifications set by you. We will not take responsibility for incorrect product purchases due to incorrect measurements.

If you are unsure of your measurements or mounting style, we recommend you contact us and speak to a consultant before ordering or request a consultation visit.

Based on correct measurements, We will make necessary, standardized adjustments to your chosen product to ensure it fits perfectly.

All measurements stated on this website are in centimeters and all measurements required by Venecia Blinds Company are to be supplied in centimeters.

Please ensure that all measurements are made with a metal tape measure which displays metric measurements. Do not take measurements in other units and then convert them.

Since the purchased products are specially tailored to the specifications set out by The Client, Venecia Blinds Company holds a “No Return, No Exchange” policy unless in the event that there is a warranty issue or fault with your product purchased through the website.

Venecia Blinds Company will organize the replacement of the damaged or faulty product IF reported within a maximum period of 3 days.

The Client shall incur no further costs (within the accepted return period mentioned above). This excludes products that have been incorrectly measured, products ordered in the incorrect color or if you have simply changed your mind.

Venecia Blinds Company offers a full year manufacturer’s warranty on all products. The warranty period starts from the date of delivering the product. The warranty covers manufacturer’s faults that may arise during normal use of the product. In the event that a warranty claim needs to be made, contact us either by phone (01061946666) or email (orders@veneciaegypt.com). In most cases, photo or video evidence of the faulty goods will be required. Venecia Blinds Company consultant will explain how to obtain a repair or replacement product.

Mistreating Venecia Blinds Company’s products may void your warranty. This includes (but not limited to):

  • Any act which alters the mechanism of the product
  • Re-sizing the product
  • Painting or staining the product
  • Allowing pets or children to damage components
  • Exposing to water, sunlight, chemical detergents (opposing to usage and cleaning instructions)
  • Installing indoor products in an outdoor setting
  • Cutting cords
  • Incorrect installation

Production usually begins the next business day after an order has been placed. Therefore, changes to an order or cancellations can only normally be made if Venecia Blinds Company is contacted within 24-hours of the order being placed.

On completion of an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation SMS and email/tax invoice stating that your order is successfully places and that you will receive it in the selected date you requested upon order placement. This is your proof of purchase and should be kept for your records.

In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, we will require your original tax invoice. If you do not receive an email correspondence from Venecia Blinds Company after confirming an order, please call us immediately to confirm that we have received your order and all your details are correct.

Venecia Blinds Company will only deliver your products to the address stated on your order. You need to provide an active email address, mobile number, and an alternative number to ease the contact procedures during the delivery.

All deliveries are door-to-door. The delivery address must be in Egypt. This is the contact delivery address and cannot be changed.

*Additional fees are applicable to deliveries outside of Cairo and will be determined and added to the fees once the location is entered upon placing an order.

Deliveries take place within 3 business days from the order confirmation through SMS and email. If you are not available to receive your order accordingly, you need to contact us 24 hours before the set delivery.

If an uncollected delivery is returned to Venecia Blinds Company, we will not pay additional delivery costs. We will contact you to arrange payment for re-delivery.

If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside of Venecia Blinds Company’s control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the situation.

If your address is hard to find, or you live in a remote area, please include as much detailed information as you can in the dedicated area. This will help reduce any possible delays.

All required mounting brackets, fasteners, and retainers are supplied with products purchased through Venecia Blinds Company. However, as buildings and wall surfaces vary considerably, you may need to obtain additional screws or wall plugs to complete your installation. Here is a guide of how to install your blind:

You can either request your product to be installed by our agents or to install it yourself.

Venecia Blinds Company agents only install our products without exception to any installation work for other blinds/curtains (or any other products) that don’t belong to us.

Any warranty claim may be denied if the product has been mistreated. This includes – but is not limited to – damage sustained by any of the means listed in the “Warranty” section.

Occasionally, selected product(s) are out of stock/not available. If this happens, we will share this information by contacting you through phone. We will support you with our expert recommendations for similar available products to select from. Otherwise, you will have the option to get refunded for the out of stock/not available product(s) and receive the full order once it is available again OR you can choose to cancel your order completely and get refunded for the full placed order.

Venecia Blinds Company accepts payment with either VISA or MasterCard and your credit card will be charged when your order has been processed. The transaction will appear as ‘Venecia Blinds Company’ on your credit card statement.

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery).

All prices quoted on this website are in Egyptian Pound and includes VAT (Value Added Tax).

Venecia Blinds Company reserves the right to add, remove or modify any of the products or services on this website without notification. Prices are subject to change.
